Follow these instructions exactly for great results, both morning and night. Always perform a 24h patch test first!

Stage 1 - Cleansing

Step 1 – Wash your face and neck in the sink or the shower, and allow the water to do the work. Use a very gentle cleanser and wash it off. Good examples of cleansers are CeraVe Foaming Cleanser or Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser.
Step 2 – Pat your skin dry do not rub and allow your skin to dry for 10 minutes.

Stage 2 - Aqneeq Moisturiser

Step 1 – Wash and dry your hands
Step 2 - Dispense 2+ pumps of the moisturiser for your face and 2+ for your neck.
Step 3 – Apply this moisturiser very gently avoiding any rubbing and the eye area. This will rehydrate and balance oiliness.

Stage 3 - Aqneeq Treatment Gel

Step 1 – Wash and dry your hands
Step 2 – Dispense as many pumps as necessary.
Step 3 – Apply directly to spots or areas of breakouts as a spot treatment.
Step 4 – Allow this to dry for 5-10 minutes. This will kill the acne bacteria and take down inflammation.

Stage 4 – Retinoid – 3/4x Week
3/4x a week it’s advised that you use a retinoid like tretinoin (prescription) or retinol (available over-the-counter) to help improve cell turnover which will reduce blocked pores.
Complete this after stage 1 and before stage 2.
Step 1 – Dispense a pea size amount for the face and the same for the neck.
Step 2 – Apply this oil/gel gently across the face.
Step 3 – Allow this to dry for 5-10 minutes and continue with stage 2.
