Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched. Within the UK you should receive your delivery between 2-4 business days following your dispatched email.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer FREE delivery to anywhere in the UK.

International Shipping

We currently only offer international shipping on an ad hoc basis. If you would like the products shipped internationally, please contact us at hello@aqneeq.co.uk first to get a quote on this. We will do our best to accommodate your order!

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Aqneeq is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation that this has been dispatched. Following this, you will receive email updates from the courier along with the tracking number and tracking status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of your dispatched confirmation email, please contact us at hello@aqneeq.co.uk quoting your order number and name, we will sort this urgently for you.
