Yes, the Aqneeq solution can be used with other products, however, be very careful when doing so. Always ensure you use non-irritating and non-comedogenic products as otherwise this can interfere with your progress and break you out. You can check your product’s ingredients on my comedogenic list to avoid bad products.

When it comes to acne scars the best course of action is to prevent acne in the first place, our owner Matt had suffered from keloid scarring following his severe acne and therefore wished he had the knowledge to prevent this acne in the first place. The Aqneeq products will help smooth the appearance of the skin overall and treat breakouts, with some customers noticing an improvement in their scars. But if you have more than mild scarring this would be better dealt with through a dermatologist who can provide the appropriate treatment depending on your scarring. It is recommended that you clear your skin first before treating any scarring.

• Quitting too early. Clearing your skin takes patience and consistency, without it you won’t get the skin you want.
• Not using enough of the products. If not enough of the product is used to cover your whole face you may miss areas and these could breakout.
• Not being gentle. If you rub your skin with your hands or with a towel etc. You can cause irritation which can cause you to breakout. Be very gentle with your skin, it’s delicate!
• Adding in steps or products. Always follow the instructions exactly! Otherwise, your results will be limited, adding in other products unnecessarily and removing or adding steps will likely impact on the outcome of your efforts. I would only add in a cleanser as recommended above or cold-pressed Jojoba oil which can help the process.
